Here at Truck Bearing Kibble, we’re all about enhancing quality of life with science.

Speaking of science, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is an amazing game. It’s lacking some polish here and there, but it makes up for it with sheer atmosphere and immersion. I have no idea what the absurdly long acronym actually stands for, but I can’t be bothered when I’m running about insanely detailed virtual recreations of Chernobyl and the surrounding area.

I guess it probably helps that Tarkovsky’s film of the same name (which is also very loosely based on the same source material) is a favorite of mine.

And while I’m posting here I may as well point you guys to the recently released trailer for 28 Weeks Later, which looks surprisingly impressive. You really can’t get enough apocalypses. Well, I can’t, anyway.
