KP: One assumes that the wimple in the last panel belongs to Sister Bertrille, The Flying Nun. Sally Field never had the hands of Emperor Palpatine, however.
Unfortunately, the second panel really does look as though Dick Van Dyke has been sniped in the face. The concept could’ve been a winner, but the execution introduces too much cognitive dissonance into this strip.

Kelson you fool someone said it looked like he was shot. Read before you say something stupid… Also he didn’t “run over her.” Saying that he “ran over her” implies he was on the ground. The car was flying. The nun was flying. The car hits the nun. The nun dies. End of story.
