It would’ve been funnier for me if you had made the female ice cream cone say: “I’m melting! MELLLTING!” An obscure reference to a quote from the Wizard of Oz.

P.K.:
You have an odd definition of ‘obscure’…

What is this one from?
I don’t get the joke, but love the artwork.

Help! I need to get to work but I’m stuck on your website.
Amazing talent. The juxtaposition of kinda corny jokes with such detailed artwork really works. Sunny backgrounds with child-like objects and creatures are offset against their gargoylic, wrinkled features and ghoulish situations. Gary Larson meets Charles Addams.
Don’t stop.

Just had to say that leaving them speechless was better than having her squawk an overused quote from an intensely well-known movie. Hilariously perfect

Very cute, but couldn’t been better with some very slight adjustments: in the first frame, make it more close-up so you can only see their heads. That way you can’t immediately tell that they are ice-cream cones, and it is only fully revealed in the last frame, together with the punchline.
