I think you might have some symptoms of sinus infection here to be honest. I doubt you got a simple flu and I also doubt that this is something caused by a simple ice cream. I suggest to try to talk to your doctor about this.
Never, never give things that can harm your fellowmen. This is true in relation to food: never indulge in toxic and full of preservative food. This is the logic of this cartoon. Funny though, yet full of meaning.
ok, look it's their work, it's funny, it's got a very unique sense of humor and when you come in and tell them "it could have been better" you just seem like a prick. They're doing a great job, and so far I have yet to see a comic that they have done anything short of excellent work on. Stop being snobs, it's just fucking annoying.
Now I think if you had called them snobs in the beginning then the shock of the term may have softened them to the fact that the artist is putting out a piece for their entertainment not approval... This isn't the midnight society
Very cute, but couldn't been better with some very slight adjustments: in the first frame, make it more close-up so you can only see their heads. That way you can't immediately tell that they are ice-cream cones, and it is only fully revealed in the last frame, together with the punchline.
Just had to say that leaving them speechless was better than having her squawk an overused quote from an intensely well-known movie. Hilariously perfect :)

Sunny backgrounds with child-like objects and creatures are offset against their gargoylic, wrinkled features and ghoulish situations. Gary Larson meets Charles Addams. Don't stop.
