If you don't get it, it's a reference to one of the post popular quotes on bash.org, where a guy named Spartacus is 'followed' into a channel by some one, changes his name, immediatly followed by the person trying to get to him. When he asks "Okay, which one of you is Spartacus? I knos he just got in here", random people start proclaiming "I am spartacus" "No, -I- am Spartacus" "-I- am spartacus" etc. and in the end, the follower just replies "You're all freaks, that's what you are"
